STAYING AT THE RESORT
The property is available for guests from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure. The keys to the holiday home will be handed over and returned at Tahko-Tours reception, unless otherwise stated. During the booking period, the adult booker of the property is responsible for the keys. The actual cost of changing the lock is charged for the lost key.
The rental price of a holiday villa includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, a box of firewood, dishes and cooking utensils, dishwashing brush, dishwashing detergents, garbage bags, cleaning equipment, laundry drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toilet and kitchen papers, pephlets, soaps, electric or charcoal grill (not containing coal or lighter fluid). In the summer, a rowing boat is also available.

In summer the holiday village area, guests have free use of a sports field, a sandy beach and two barbecue cottages. In winter – ice hole, sled hill and two barbecue cottages.
Although final cleaning is included in the price of the accommodation, the property is required to be after normal living, furniture and other equipment in place and intact, taking out the trash, dishes in the dishwasher and empty fridge.
A surcharge of €25 can be charged for dirty dishes left on tables and unserted trashes.
If, at the end of the booking, the clean-up of the holiday home does not correspond to the above, an additional fee may also be charged for special cleaning. Complaints concerning the accommodation or any other conditions must be addressed to Tahko-Tours immediately when noticed, so the conditions can be improved and inconvenience minimised. The client must also inform Tahko-Tours immediately on any damages caused to the holiday house/apartment or the interior and pay full compensation. If the client does not inform Tahko-Tours about the damages caused, the cost of damages will be charged according to real expenses afterwards.
The maximum number of persons allowed for a holiday home is the same as the number of beds and extra beds in the apartment. The number of persons must be reported at the time of booking and must not be exceeded. Guests are required to wear linen.
Staying in the holiday village requires respect for the holiday home renter and neighbors, including silence from 22:00 to 06:00. The booker is fully responsible for both the condition of the holiday home and the neighboring door. If, despite a notification or comment from a representative of the company, the guest does not stop causing disturbance or danger in the holiday home or in the surrounding area, the company has the right to suspend the reservation immediately. If the company has to intervene more than once in abuses during the reservation, the hours of work caused by the visits will be charged according to the resulting increases in nights and holidays. The minimum charge is €100.
SMOKING, PETS AND LOST AND FOUND
Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments. Place for smoking can be found outdoors. Pets are only allowed as announced in advance, the pet fee is 20€. In allergy areas, pets are prohibited from being kept! Lost and found items are stored in the reception building for 3 months.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS
Tahko-Tours can accept preliminary reservations. The preliminary reservation will be converted to a normal reservation and invoiced on the confirmation date, unless the customer has previously cancelled it. The customer can choose to pay the invoice in two parts, the first payment is 30% of the booking price and the second payment the remaining total. The due date for the final payment is no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. If the time of booking is less than 30 days from the start date of the booked period, only one invoice containing the total amount will be sent. If the customer does not pay for payments by the due date, Tahko-Tours may unilaterally cancel the reservation and return the property for sale. If the customer does not cancel their reservation and the property remains unsold due to an unpaid reservation (which has not been cancelled in writing), the full price of the reservation will be charged to the customer who has not received it.

Cancellation more than 30 days before your stay – free
Cancellation less than 30 days before your stay – 25% of the booking price will be charged
Cancellation less than 15 days before your stay – 50% of the booking price will be charged
Cancellation less than 5 days before your stay – 100% of the booking price will be charged
Cancellation of the reservation without cancellation costs is also possible under exceptional circumstances less than 30 days before the accommodation. The Customer has the right to receive all the money back or to postpone the reservation to a later date.
TAHKO-TOURS’ RIGHT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION
Tahko-Tours may cancel the reservation in case of force majeure, in which case the customer has the right to receive full refund of the fees paid.
Booking terms and conditions are valid until further notice, rights to changes reserved.
