Cottages LUX in Finland were created for those who really appreciate comfort and beauty. Constructed in 2004—2005. The area is 100 sq. m, two levels. For 6+2 persons. Three bedrooms, each with a double bed and one bedroom with a big folding sofa for two persons. The cottage has everything necessary for a enjoyable holiday: kitchen equipment and household appliances (a TV, an audio system, a DVD player, a dishwashing machine and a washing machine, a drying cabinet, an iron, a hair dryer, a fridge, a microwave oven, an electrical cooker and an oven, an electrical kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster), kitchen utensils needed for cooking and tableware for 8 persons. There is a fireplace to sit in front of on cold winter evenings. A box of firewood is included into the price of the cottage.  There are two toilets in the cottage: one on the first floor and another on upstairs. There is also a spacious sauna with a shower room for two people on the ground floor. There is a terrace on the first floor with a enjoy a gorgeous view to the lake. The terrace has garden furniture and two body chairs. Outdoors, near the entry door of the cottage, there is a small storage room where it is possible to leave ski equipment and where you can find a barbeque equipment. The houses are warmed up with electricity and the ground floor has heated floors. Guests have a free access to the Internet and TV. At spring, summer and autumn the price of the cottage includes a rowing boat. Every cottage has a personal parking place with electrical heating for the cars accumulator.
