The villa has two fireplaces, a washing machine, a balcony, a terrace, a barbecue, a drying cabinet and underfloor heating.

In downstairs there is a comfortable living area with another fridge/freezer and a fireplace.

The villa has 160m2 on three floors.

The price includes bed linen and towels for 11 people, final cleaning and rowing boat (summer).

Pets are allowed for an extra charge of 45 €.
