Four double bedrooms and a large kitchen with all its equipment, a comfortable living room with an outdoor terrace with a beautiful lake scenery. One washroom with bide, sink and 2 showers and sauna. Two toilets with sinks and one with a washing machine. The villa has a fireplace, balcony, terrace, barbecue, drying cabinet and underfloor heating.

The villa has 120m2 on two floors.

The price includes bed linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers for 8 people, final cleaning, a box of firewoods and rowing boat (summer).
